Terms of purchase

When you shop at Vibes Of Mind AB ("we", "us") you accept the following terms. These conditions apply to the purchase of products such as crystals, skin care products and accessories on our website.

1. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made in several different ways to make your experience smooth and easy. We accept payment via credit/debit card, partial payment, Apple Pay and Klarna. The total price including all fees, VAT and shipping will be clearly stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery
Vibes Of Mind AB is proud to offer fast and reliable delivery via DHL and PostNord. All orders are packed and sent out the next business day after you place your order. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

NOTE: If a package is not picked up and has to be sent back, you will be charged SEK 150.

3. Right of withdrawal
To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can return your unused item within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping yourself.

4. Claims and complaints
We comply with Swedish legislation for consumer rights and offer you the right to advertise a product up to 3 years after purchase, provided that the fault was discovered within a reasonable time. Note that complaints only apply to production defects, not to normal wear and tear. If a problem occurs, we will do our best to resolve it - either by correcting the fault, replacing the item or providing a refund.

5. Protection of personal data
At Vibes Of Mind AB, we take your privacy very seriously. We collect and process your personal data in order to fulfill your order, offer tailored offers via e-mail, SMS or post, and to communicate with you in the best possible way. We comply with all legal rules and regulations for data protection.

6. Dispute and choice of law
In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute through dialogue with you, you can turn to the General Complaints Board. For customers residing outside Sweden but within the EU, disputes can also be resolved online via the European Commission's platform for dispute resolution. Any disputes relating to these purchase conditions, including questions of interpretation and applicability, shall be settled according to Swedish law and by Swedish courts.
